“On widescreen monitors the questions and answers are too far apart and makes it difficult to see which answer box relates to which questions. An improved layout or structure of the form elements would help with this.
There is also a layout issue when using Safari/Chrome/WebKit browsers on your main menu where part of it is covered by another element.”
